Push real-time behavioral user data into the agent's context window.

Behavioral Ingestion

The Events API lets you push customer behavior signals into Inquiru from your own systems (e.g., placing a deposit, creating a cart, interacting with a specific tab). The 20 most recent events for a customer are automatically injected directly into the agent's context window. If a customer just made a large deposit, the agent will know immediately when discussing their balance.

No More "What Were You Doing?"

Customers hate re-describing their last five minutes. With events flowing in, the agent opens the conversation already knowing the failed checkout, the error page, or the plan upgrade that prompted the message.

Simple to Adopt

One authenticated POST endpoint, a flexible properties object, and you are done. Send events from your backend, your data pipeline, or tools like Segment, and they are available to the agent within seconds.
