These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inquiru platform, APIs, Live Chat Widgets, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By integrating our Service or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Inquiru provides an autonomous, AI-powered customer support platform. This includes dashboard management, integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), vectorized Knowledge Base hosting, and embeddable frontend chat interfaces.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and integration secrets. If you are utilizing our Bring Your Own Key plan, you assume full responsibility for the security, billing, and compliance of the external LLM API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) you provide to our system.
3. Billing and Credit Usage
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. For our Pay As You Go plan, usage is billed based on specific per-message or per-credit rates. You acknowledge that complex operations—such as extensive Knowledge Base retrieval or large Custom SQL returns—consume system resources and deduct from your allotted monthly credits dynamically.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to deploy Inquiru Agents to:
- Facilitate harmful, explicit, or legally prohibitive data-gathering workflows.
- Generate spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications.
- Impersonate human agents without disclosing the autonomous nature of the AI where legally required.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Rights: Inquiru retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, underlying algorithms, dashboard UI, and provided APIs.
Your Rights: You retain all ownership of the data you ingest into the system, including your specific Knowledge Base documents, custom System Prompts, and the resulting chat logs generated by your customers.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
AI Reliability: While we utilize advanced confidence thresholding, Large Language Models can occasionally hallucinate or provide inaccurate information. You are explicitly responsible for setting appropriate Escalation Thresholds. Inquiru is not liable for business losses resulting from autonomous agent responses.
Systemic Liability: In no event shall Inquiru be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
